With his orchestra the Solistes Européens Luxembourg (SEL), Christoph König travels for the first time to the Kölner Philharmonie .

In a rather conventional but wonderful programme of Mendelssohn: Overture Melusine, Bach: Piano Concerto in D major, Mendelssohn: Piano Concerto No. 1, and Beethoven: Symphony No. 4, the SEL join forces with Cyprien Katsaris, a long time friend of the orchestra. The night before, the orchestra plays the same programme at home in the Philharmonie Luxembourg.
