This week Christoph König leads the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra for the first time in a programme featuring Brahms’ most intimate Symphony no. 3, Rachmaninov’s relatively seldom performed piano concerto # 1, and Kodaly Dances of Galantha. The concerts take place in the famous Kodak Hall at the Eastman Theater.
